Sale of my Property

Michael was recommended by a Friend who was selling their Property. Michael was happy to meet with me and we negotiated price ranges etc. The house went live on a Tuesday, it has an open house on Saturday and it was Sold on the Sunday. You can't get much better than that. He then advised the current Tenants times to vacate the property and was there for the Pest, Building inspections and for the Bank Evaluation. Through all the process Michael was in touch and kept me in the loop of what was going on and what the buyers were saying.
