Kate is, by far and away, the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have bought and sold 5 properties in my lifetime, and never before have I received the level of service, attention to detail, and or witnessed sheer tenacity/determination to make a sale happen as I have with Kate. She never gave up on my property, even when I did. Kate had said from the beginning that she would sell my apartment, and even though it took close to a year, she did it! And I got the price I wanted! What blew me away the most was her level of service. I don't live near my apartment, so when I had new grass laid it was going to be very difficult for me to get over to that side of town in order to water it daily. No worries, Kate organised for this to be done for me. Her PA went to my property each day & made sure my grass was watered!! Exceptional!!! I highly recommend Kate to anyone who wants a seamless, enjoyable sales process. I will definitely be using her again!
