We introduced the buyer from a campaign we were running in Alderley, quickly identifying that the buyer and her dog need room to play, bright and airy spaces, and room for value add. On the other side, we had an interstate seller not familiar with how property is transacted in Queensland and we were going to take care of the groundwork to prepare the unit for sale - paint, flooring, landscaping, and styling.
Through the fostered relationship, we introduced the buyer two months ahead of when the property would go to market. A deal was negotiated, a saving of over $40,000 for the owner without needing to prepare and market the unit for sale, and a seamless, stress free transaction.
