Excellent experience selling my property with Tim Facy

Tim was positive, realistic and energetic. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, arranged a conveyancer and advised us carefully how to best prepare our property. He was polite and helpful and his rate was reasonable. We were very satisfied and the property sold within six days. We invited three agents to value the property. One was wholly negative - "its too small, only three bedrooms" and "the pool is too small". One promised an unrealistic price just to get the commission. Tim was the third.
