Sale and management of Rental Property

Rebecca was fantastic, her approach, reliability and honesty were second to none. She went out of her way to not only sell the property for the best possible price but also took into consideration the tenants and made sure that they were also kept informed of any and all progress. She is a great communicator and assisted both parties to reached an agreement we were all happy with. Prior to the sale, Rebecca was the manager of the property. Her management skills are of the highest order and as a landlord I couldn't have found or asked for a better property manager. She kept me informed of all required works and any issues with the property or tenants. Rebecca always had full control of the property in my best interests in mind.
