YOU WOULD BE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE MARY AS YOUR AGENT! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Mary helped us sell a house in WA recently (Safety Bay). She was truly exceptional. We called round a few agents at the start and immediately felt confident Mary would be the best person to partner with. She really went out of her way to make the house look as good as possible - she liaised with maintenance to carry out recommended repairs and arranged fantastic 'staging' with a local company, which really made a big difference. As we are based in Sydney, she even went round with a vacuum after a few weeks as the downstairs was getting a bit dusty! She arranged home inspections at every available opportunity to maximise the volume of buyers seeing the property and was extremely pro-active with communication. Her late night emails were testament to her going 'above and beyond' to help us sell the property! She was honest and realistic at every stage (and we knew the market wasn't that buoyant) but throughout we always got the impression Mary would do what she possibly could to get the very best price and buyer for us and would act with the utmost integrity. The whole process was relatively painless - which we certainly weren't expecting in this market and we got a price that met what we wanted (in view of market conditions).
