I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Scott and Ainsley at Hocking Stuart Point Cook. From the outset there was just something about Scott that I liked and trusted, and this was the deciding factor in choosing him as our agent. He didn't disappoint. We live in another state, and so the entire process was conducted by email/phone, but I always felt at ease and confident that he and Ainsley had everything in hand. The property was tenanted, and it was a somewhat arduous process to get it ready for sale. However, they were so patient with us and Ainsley was an excellent advocate for our interests, managing to negotiate some challenging circumstances to get the job done. The professional relationships that Hocking Stuart have with other businesses was also a significant positive in the overall experience. Having never been involved in an auction, it was a bit nerve wracking to follow Scott's advice and set a reserve much lower than the figure we needed. But, this strategy paid off with the final sales result far exceeding what anyone had hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to any prospective seller.
