The Best On The Peninsula !!!!!!

Jarrod was just amazing!! We had a figure we wanted to sell our house for and most agents we seen said we wanted $20,000-$30,000 to much than it was worth.. Living on the Peninsula for over 30yrs I knew the other agents were just after a quick sale and commission, after Seeing Jarrod's face on so many for sale signs with the big SOLD sticker on them we thought lets call him.... Well presented, Well spoken, And a very honest agent he told me it may be difficult to achieve our asking price but not impossible. 1 week later we sold our house for the price we wanted to achieve, I highly recommend Jarrod and we will be using him and his professional colleagues again on the next sale and he also helped us out by finding us a rental for when we move.. DONT be sucked in by fake agents undervaluing your property to get the quick sale and commission just remember its your house.
