11 out of 10 for her efforts!

Very well informed. Finger on the pulse. Our insurance claim for extensive damages was rejected because of 'ongoing issues' and our body corp ran out of money in it's sinking fund after the repairer's removed the entire ceiling of our unit. We were stuck with an unfinished unit and Tara came to the rescue with a loan package that we didn't have to pay back until after our unit was sold. Got us top $. Managed to get an extra $40,000 from our purchaser's initial offer. 11 out of 10 for her efforts!
