A Real Class Act

The minute I spoke with Allie, I knew she would get us the results we needed. We were convinced that the issues with our property would make it virtually unsellable but Allie’s professional, thoughtful and caring approach had our property sold on the first open weekend. Not only did she get us results that were way above our initial expectations, she made the entire process completely stress free. Covid boarder closures added an extra layer of complexity to the process, but Allie happily stepped in to manage the entire property preparation, repairs and styling process that would normally have been our responsibility. Allie and her team were also there to immediately and smoothly take over the property management when we were unceremoniously dumped by another local agent and turned a potentially very tricky situation into a minor inconvenience.
