Above and beyond

Selling a house from overseas is not an easy prospect, but selling a house that had been a rental for 10 years from overseas is even worse. That was the situation we were in, and we just could not have managed it without Louise. Louise personally assessed the property, made recommendations for repairs and tidy ups, found the contractors, managed them, and made sure the work was done and up to scratch. Everything from painters to gardeners, she did it all. We had plenty of interest and offers, and ended up selling for just about exactly what Louise had predicted we would get, despite me trying for more :-) What should have been a nightmare ended up being a smooth, almost painless process.
