After an initial inspection, Nick suggested a value and we agreed to market the property via an on-line auction. after two weeks of marketing, the auction exceeded the reserve and the value. Nick's marketing knowledge, contacts, advice and recommendations were invaluable, and I would not have achieved such a good outcome without him. I cannot highly recommend him and his team enough.
