Proactive and effective

We were strongly considering trying to sell our house by ourselves and were gauging interest on Facebook when Rochelle offered to pop by our house for a chat ona Sunday. We live well out of town so that was a surprise. She was very convincing and gave us the confidence to engage an agent. We had our property rented with another agency but weren't overwhelmed with enthusiasm from them. For me, i wanted an agent who took initiative, seemed enthusiastic about the sale, could convince us to trust them and would be similarly convincing to potential buyers. That's what we got. Rochelle presented us with the offers then listened to our feedback without imposing her own view and acted as we asked. Rochelle communicated with us perfectly and worked behind the scenes as required to negotiate us a good deal. Our house was tenanted and Rochelle handled the needs of out tenants with consideration and forethought to minimize the disturbance to them.
