•This client had to rely on Steve completely as the tyranny of distance was a feature of the campaign for the client. The property was modest however the location was excellent. Steve kept the client briefed consistently and advised on the modus operandi to encourage people to view the property. The dismal weather was an obstacle to overcome plus the falling property clear-up rate on the eastern seaboard was a challenge for Steve too. Steve was professional and due to a particular set of circumstances regarding the sale was very clear on disclosures to the client, so that a fair decision was made. He worked in and for the client's interests.
