We were considering the big move across Australia, from our current family home in Meadow Springs WA to the Lake Macquarie region of NSW to spend more time with my husband's large family. We were looking for a home near the lake on a large parcel of land and within a 30 min radius of Warners Bay. Through the internet we found a property at Eraring that looked like being the answer to all our requirements. As we currently work in Indonesia, we could only fly into Newcastle for a couple of days. We had called Cheryl previously from Indonesia and let her know we were on a fairly tight time schedule. Cheryl made appointments with the vendors for us to view the property in Eraring. It was just what we were looking for and we hit it off with Cheryl immediately. We found her to be very professional, friendly, relaxed and very helpful knowing that the area was new to us. We made an offer on Eraring on our second inspection. Cheryl felt more like a friend than an agent and we would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
