A Quick Settlement

I am not sure how common the scenario in which my family found ourselves in is, however, having been told that we needed to move out of our rental we found ourselves investigating if we could buy or not... and time ticked on!! With just over 3 weeks left until we needed to move out of our Rental we met Carol, who introduced us to a lovely mudbrick home in the Hills on a lovely block of land, it seemed like the perfect home for our family. We put in an offer for a 30 day settlement (longer than when we needed to vacate our home) and waited. Carol worked hard from that point on, contacting other potential buyers and getting the offer to the vendor, which was accepted. Yay!! Carol also let us know that the vendor was open to potentially allowing us to move in earlier than our settlement date. It was certainly fast tracked, and in the short amount of time, we had to organise finances, get the house valued, and Carol assisted us every step of the way, so in the end we moved in... just in time, a week before settlement, allowing us to vacate our rental. So on a very rushed settlement, my thanks go to Carol who was on the ball and assisted a very happy customer!
