We met Gunther at an Open House and he took the time to find out what we were wanting to buy - our budget; type of property; location etc. He then followed up with us about a property before it went to market. Gunther made himself available at a time that suited us to view the property. The whole process was made stress free and with Gunther's guidance we had a contract within a week.
