Very professional, friendly and hard working

Anne is a warm and approachable person who is open and honest. I think the potential buyers were comfortable with her. She gave me lots of feedback on the status of potential buyers and advice on presentation and preparation for sale. Due to market changes the sale of my house took longer than I expected but Anne worked hard the whole time. She did many home opens but in addition to those she took many, many groups through at times convenient for them, which I think is important as many people cannot make home opens. She communicated with me throughout the entire process, explaining everything well. She did not apply pressure to accept offers but rather encouraged me to wait for the right one.
