Grange sale

We have been looking to buy in the Wilston/Grange area for several years now and have a long standing relationship with Debora and a few other agents in our area. There was no question that when it came time to sell our home, that we would use Debora. Prior to sale, she gave us some great tips and suggestions to get the house 'sale ready' in order to maximise our return. She turned up to our first open with two bunches of flowers, calmly sent me on my way and made a very stressful experience, bearable. Our house went under contract at the first open, largely due to Debora's hard work in getting buyers to the table. She worked late into Saturday night, following our first open, to get the deal done for us. Unfortunately, the sale fell through as the purchasers were unable to obtain finance. We were gutted, but in true professional style, Debora whipped into action working the phones to re-engage buyers. Within 24 hours, the house was sold...for a second time! Throughout our entire 'ordeal' Debora remained calm, professional and in control. She was a sea of calm during a highly stressful time for us, giving us confidence that we could get the deal done. There is NO ONE else in the property industry in inner north, that we would entrust to sell our home other than Debora. We are delighted with the outcome.
