Great negotiator!

While I didn’t achieve the $ I initially started my listing at, (we all want more don’t we?) Sal worked exceptionally hard to get me close to my asking price! My only recommendation for Sal would be, “stay the course”. just because it took quite sometime to get the first offer on the table, doesn’t mean it’s “a good offer”, especially when it’s substantially lower than what was finally achieved. Time on market doesn’t necessarily mean, first is best. That said, as a seller I found Sal to be very compassionate and willing to go above and beyond no matter how stubborn the seller might be (in my case very). Sal’s strength is definitely both marketing and negotiation, both highly sought after when your selling your home! But wait there’s more, Sal covers even the finer detail of following up the various conditions on ALL contracts (4 homes/4 contracts) with the various other agents to ensure a timely settlement!
