Starting my description of the house and yard from the 12 meter, north facing
balcony on the top level of this two-story house. My favourite place to sit and rest my eyes on the palm leaves and the distant view.
From the Balcony, through a large glass sliding double door, is the dinning/family room, large Kitchen with plenty of storage, 3 bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes, bathroom, with bath and seperate shower, seperate toilet with hand basin. Also on this level in the house are the internal stairs and a built in linen cupboard. Beautiful hardwood floors cover this whole area.
Outside the house, from the Kitchen, overlooking the backyard, is a large covered entertaining suitable for BBQs and gas cooking.
From this area, 7 large wooden steps lead you down to a lawn and established garden area and clothes line and a concerte area, leading to an alternative entrance to the Workshop/garage located on a higher level.
From this lawn there are 7 large concrete steps leading to the lower level of the home. On one side of the steps, is a back entrance to the car garage with a large roller door allowing easy access to the back yard and to the lower level of the house from the car garage. On the other side of the steps is an outdoor covered courtyard with a working fireplace, built in pond and rock wall suitable for plants.
From the courtyard you enter a second Kitchen, lounge/dining area, a 4th bedroom with an ensuite and access to the car garage and front door.
Through the front door is a large concrete veranda, overlooking the established palm garden and leading to a large concrete driveway. On the other side of the veranda is a second driveway with security gates, which leads to the upper level of the property. The whole property ( except for the main driveway) is fully fenced.
