Strong operator for a difficult sale!

Having lived in the house for close on 50 years we were not up to date as we thought were. Met Pete when he sold a number of units close by and was impressed his presentations of the units. Therefore, he was our first choice to approach when we decided to sell. He looked at our property and came up with an action plan together with estimated sales value. This we followed achieving a far greater value than we hoped for. It turned out to be a very difficult sale and settlement but thanks to Pete's knowledge, tenacity and 'above & beyond' actions the sale was finally settled.
