Kylie Bezzina's determination and professionalism achieved the sale of a difficult property.

Nancy and I chose Kylie Bezzina as the selling agent for our home of over forty years based on a chance meeting when Kylie was appraising a neighboring property. We have been impressed by her professional yet relaxed and friendly approach. Kylie made herself familiar with all aspects of our property. Despite her efforts our property had negatives which were not attractive and it took two years to find the right purchaser. Throughout this time Kylie did far more than could be expected to support us through the process. She was there to assist us though our clearance sale. Through Ray White Upper North Shore Kylie facilitated the tenancy of our home on two occasions to a charity assisting women escaping DV and was sensitive to their situation. Kylie took every opportunity to show interested parties over the property, highlighting the strong points while legitimately addressing concerns over the negatives. When the same buyer reappeared over a year later she was diligent in ensuring that the buyer was genuine.
