Great to work with but lacked negotiating skills

Allan was great to work with but at the end of the transaction we felt like the biggest area he was lacking in was negotiating skills. Each time we wanted to negotiate on contracts he never got the buyers to budge. In addition when we had a unconditional contract we had some additional items to sell with the house that we thought the buyers would want and were happy to negotiate on the price of them. Heck we would have almost thrown some of them in for free if the buyers wanted them but Allan didn't negotiate this well. Then at the pre settlement I mentioned 1 item to them and said I was happy to negotiate and they negotiated straight away and bought it getting me more money. Saddened that Allan couldn't achieve this.
