What's around 19/7 Prospect Terrace

Exceptional Inner Urban Lifestyle

The Morris Tor Apartments were built in 1969, taking advantage of an elevated position, and have since been regarded as a landmark in Kelvin Grove. The quality of the original construction is evident and the apartments continue to experience high demand from both owner-occupiers and investors. Apartment 19 is on the 5th floor (only one floor from the top) and therefore commands wonderful sweeping views from Mt. Coot-tha in the west, right around to the eastern suburbs, with an optimal north-facing balcony. The balcony acts as an extension to the living rooms and kitchen, therefore ensuring that residing and entertaining will always take full advantage of the outlook. The apartment is fresh and well maintained, with a light and bright colour scheme. Flooring is polished timber with carpeted bedrooms. The smart kitchen provides ample storage, a stainless steel cooker, good bench space and a versatile island module on wheels. From the kitchen window you'll enjoy wonderful views towards the city. The double bedrooms are separated from the living rooms, and from each other by a central bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe, and both provide captivating district views. The bathroom offers a generous shower, and compact laundry to one side, with a separate toilet. The complex is secure, with intercom entry, and has a lift to all floors. An in-ground pool is available for relaxing and entertaining and is private from the street. A single car park is provided with storage space for bicycles. Opposite the apartment is a separate shared secure storage room for non-essential items. The position of this apartment complex is hard to beat. Around the corner you have the Red Hill shops and post office. Walk down the Terrace, and Kelvin Grove Urban Village offers you exciting cosmopolitan amenities such as cafés, restaurants, a supermarket and a weekend community market. A bus stop is just around the corner, but as the CBD is only 3 kms away, walking into the city is not too much of a stretch. The apartment is in the catchment for the highly regarded Kelvin Grove State College, and QUT is a short walk away. This location is truly fabulous. Body Corp Fees approx $4,658 per annum.

Happy buyer

Happy with everything from both Daniel and Jodan. Only dropped in market knowledge because I found out majority of residents here are infact renters rather than owners. Not a big issue at all.
