A Great Experience

We first spoke with Amanda some eight months before our house was ready for sale. The delay was of our doing, not of Amanda's. During all that time and without a contract signed she worked with us to deal with a couple of issues we had. She made helpful suggestions and just provided support when needed. When the house was ready for sale, we signed a contract with Amanda and the first open house was three days later. The next day, we were able to sign a sale contract as Amanda had obtained a price higher than we had expected. Thanks to Amanda, the whole sale experience was easy.
