Best Real Estate Experience Ever!

We approached 5 real estate agents to help us in selling our house. Many of the agents made us feel like they were doing us a favour, which we weren't too keen on. We initially dealt with Lynette Smith from the Brisbane North West team. Lynette was very easy to talk to and explained how the Purple Bricks system works and the benefits to us in going with her and her team. Lynette is not pushy at all and the discussion focused on us and our house rather than her which was refreshing. Engaging Purple Bricks via the website is a great experience. Everything is very transparent and you are provided a fixed price cost for everything that you have selected in the package, which takes out many of the unknowns in a typical house sale process. Once everything kicks off you are kept up to date with what’s happening in the process through the Purple Bricks website. We were then introduced to Jane Skelton and Andrew Bowright who were both awesome and very pleasant to deal with. Our first home open was attended by Jane with a special appearance by Lynette and managed to get a whole bunch of people through our house. We had a number offers from the home open which we were able to view in real-time as they were posted on the Purple Bricks website. We accepted a great cash offer from the first home open. The whole process has been painless and we achieved a great result. Opting to go with Purple Bricks also allowed us to put an additional $20,000 in our pocket compared to the initial quotes provided by the other agents. We have no reservations in recommending Lynette, Jane and Andrew and would certainly use their services again.
