Excellent Service

Cordell not only has his finger on the pulse for the Ulverstone property market, he was great at coordinating with my tenant that was in there at the time of going on the market. This meant minimal disruption and saved phone tag of calls running between the 3 of us to organise any access. Cordell made this process so easy and managed to get an offer, at asking price, in less than 24 hours of the sale going live! Cordell's only possible failure is his commission being low as he is worth more than double. If I re-enter the Tasmanian property market, Cordell will be my first call.
