Wonderful Agent

From the first time we met Michael when he knocked at our door offering an appraisal, we felt confident in his ability. We had, at that time, applied to a Retirement Village for a unit. We told Michael that we had no idea when we would be selling as we had to wait until our name came up. Michael explained the market to us, and also went over the best way to sell our house when the time came. He rang us each month to see how things were progressing with our application. When the time came to sell, Michael came to see us and went over all the aspects of the sale of the house. We happily signed the contract, and from that time Michael kept in touch every few days updating us on any movement. He worked very hard for us and with us, and at the end the sale of the house came to a very satisfying completion. We cannot express our satisfaction with Michael highly enough and would have no hesitation recommending him to anybody looking to sell their house.
