Exceeded expectations

It is not often that people exceed one's expectations, especially when they are high to begin with. But Marshall managed to do that in the course of the sale of our unit. His management of the entire process, from the preparation of the unit for sale, co-ordinating the tradesmen and the dressing of the unit, to the auction itself, was simply more than I could have wished for, let alone hoped for. The fact that we got a very good result is in no small way testament to his superior people skills, positivity, energy and organisational ability. In short, he is very good at what he does; he can justly be called a real estate professional. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
