PROPERTY SALE - 2 THE BOULEVARD, McCRAE

Dear Chris, prior to selecting an Agent to sell our McCrae property we contacted a number of local agents. We wanted to ensure that the Agency we chose to represent our property to the market was not just looking to put another property on their books and then do little to actively promote the listing as so many agents do. Some quoted ridiculous sell prices, others had uncompetitive fees and charges and were unconvincing in their presentation on "what they would do for us" to seek out buyers and maximise the opportunities. When it came to a choice I am pleased to say Harcourts Rosebud were a "stand out" and we signed a sole agency agreement.
