Excellent Agent - you won't be disappointed

We used the Peter Koiker and Estelle Twomey team from Barry Plant Diamond Creek to sell our house end of 2017 in Diamond Creek. They explained the paperwork clearly, showed us other houses that had sold in the area to determine a price point and were honest in their information and opinions. They clearly set out what the fees would be and a marketing plan and were quick and efficient in getting the house on the market. As we were still renovating the house and had the floorboards booked in for a polish they offered to get the photos taken before the polishing took place so we could get the house on the internet asap and then arranged for a handyman to help me with removing the furniture. They both had great open and honest communication always informing us of potential buyers and when things were happening and were genuinely focused on getting a great result. They also set up lots of open inspections. Peter is respectful, quietly spoken and very knowledgeable on the real estate industry and Estelle is bubbly, understanding and has a beautiful personality and together they make a formidable team.
