Fantastic experience

Ante was great! This was the first house I’d ever sold. He was very clear up front with what was involved and what service he provided. He also took a no pressure approach. I remember him saying the right time to sell was when I was ready to sell. It took me 3 months to decide to sell. Ante was patient and at no stage pushed me to list. In the end it took only 2 weeks for Ante to get 3 interested parties. He was able to use his skill and experience to get the maximum price out of the final buyer, above the estimate he had originally given me. The night before settling I had an issue with the solicitor and paperwork. I called Ante and he sorted it all out for me so settlement occurred smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
