The best Agent I have had to deal with in 8 house sales.

Nick Matkin and Jon gave us confidence right from the start of this sale process. We met over a cup of coffee at our house and discussed the way we would do things. We thought that they would not bother to keep in touch but boy we were wrong. Nick was on the phone to me after every open house giving me info on who had been through. Then he would follow up the prospects on Monday and ring me again with more feedback. Later in the week we might get another call telling us that he had a contact ring him. We couldn’t have asked for a better Agent than Nick and would certainly recommend him to all our friends and relatives. Well done Nick.
