Knowledge, Trust and Performance.

Due to my profession, I have dealt with many agents and after all these years I have become skeptical of their advice, believing that their priority is their commission, but Brian McGrath proved me wrong. I want to thank you and Brian again for helping my Mother sell her property at 22 Batten Street Kedron. It was nice to see the local average of 48 days being the waiting time from going on the market to contract become 4 days in the case of my mother's property. It must have been a shock to you as it was to everyone else, but despite people saying that we must have offered it to cheap, I can happily say that they are wrong. I valued the property based upon previous research and other comparable sites in the area. It was at a time where we had hit the crest and were on the down turn in the market and that on a true analysis of the situation, I can say with confidence that it was the right price, the right purchaser, at the right time, and of course the right Salesman.
