Alex - is not only an amazing agent he is an...

Alex - is not only an amazing agent he is an awesome human. Even though he was the sellers agent and we were the buyers, it almost felt like he was our agent since he was always ready to listen to our point-of-view as well. We were first time buyers and Alex made the process super easy for us. He was available throughout the day and even till late in the evening to answer any and all of our questions. No text or email was ever outstanding on his end for any uncomfortable amount of time. What struck us the most about him was the fact that he never tried to upsell anything to us and also kept the conversation open. What he didn't know he found out for us. But he never gave us any opportunity to doubt him. Alex definitely is not the kind of typical agent - we can testify to this from experience - he is more of a trusted friend who you could turn to for help, and one whom you are pleasantly surprised to find in the course of buying a property. From the initial contract till settlement and even beyond Alex has been a constant support and prompt help. A weekend later he is still in touch to ensure we settle in nicely.
