Sandra started by giving an accurate and confident appraisal of our two adjoining properties far better than other competitors. She successfully set out and generated much intrest in the properties with the plan to sell together or separately to two seperate buyers at the same time. As we live interstate Sandra helped organise and provided her time and access for hard to get trades to complete some work before the sale.
