I would recommend Paul as Sales Agent. We are investors from Sydney looking to sell our rental property. There were a number of repairs that needed to be done prior to listing which Paul was able to efficiently organise and supervise for us. He was also able to oversee ongoing maintenance whilst property was on the market. His communication was great and we also knew what was happening with our property.
