James is a balanced family man who just happens to love his job. You really can't go wrong with James. He will do what is right and honest so I wouldn't hesitate buying off him too. (which we did on the first occasion we encountered him). This time around he was selling our property which was a difficult, quite unique piece of real estate that would only suit a particular set of individuals. James managed to find two parties, who both made an offer on the first open house. As we sold so early in the campaign, James made sure that the remainder of the advertising costs were returned to us. I don't think either my husband or I would have even thought about it, we were so elated with the result. James is one of those rare breeds. An honest real estate agent. He actually really likes his job and his clients. Moreover, he likes the person who is buying the property to whom he is selling it too. We have bought and sold many properties over the last 35 years and James is the first one that I can honestly say has an ethical mindset from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He is clear and reasonable without creating false expectations. He maintains a relationship with his clients even if they are not in the market and offers assistance even if he is not likely to benefit from that advice in the short term.
