Could not fault Matthew's work. All the advertising was done as it was explained to us. Matthew was always on time for meetings, and his communication of the sales progress honest and timely. Despite the auction being a disaster, with no bids, Matthew worked hard to get the eventual sale, and the price exceeded my expectations.
