Great Agent!

I am the buyer of a property Chris is the agent for and I have to say, dealing with him has been a pleasure. Usually the buyer does not brag about the person taking their money and negotiating a better deal for the seller, however Chris has been extremely helpful and accommodating with inspections even after the contract was signed so I definitely rate him 5 stars!

Happy to Recommend

Very happy to recommend Chris @ purplebricks to anyone interested in selling their place. (In fact, we already have suggested our friends use him) We were initially very skeptical of purple bricks and only had him come to get a second opinion. Despite the upfront costs (back when PB was 12mth contract even if they didn't sell the place), we decided to go with Chris. At the end of the day, through some very tough negotiations, Chris pulled through, and we got what we wanted for our place in a very tough market. He clearly has some expertise in managing sales and people and for this reason we are happy to recommend him.
