Having bought the property immediately above this vacant block, I was keen to secure this block in order that we could not be built out. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Mark for his assistance with the sale of my vacant land in Palm Cove. I believe Mark is a quality salesman and the professionalism he displayed during all our dealings was second to none. As the vendor, I felt Mark’s priority was to get the best outcome for me and not just to get a quick deal. Mark’s ability to communicate and his skill in following through is exceptional. He and Wendy certainly make a dynamic team. Many a day’s Wendy helped Mark with the open homes. They both have a very approachable nature which we evidenced with our usual “standoffish” little dog instantly warmed to them. All round good people!
