Review of Nicole Payne

I first met Nicole after I received a leaflet in the letter box, and she came to talk to me at my property. She was very professional, answered a number of questions I had, and generously accepted that at that stage I was not seeking to sell my house. More than a year later, I approached her regarding the sale of my unit in the adjoining property. I also invited another agent to give me advice and a quote. I decided to enage Nicole and have absolutely no regrets in my decision. I find her to be very professional and her knowledge of the market and the local area is excellent. She delivered on all issues, including talking to a somewhat "hostile" tenant in the weeks leading up to the auction. The only thing she didn't get quite right ........ the property sold way above expectations!! I would highly recommend Nicole as a great asset to your organisation.
