Review of Nerada Stern

Nerada sold me my first apartment in St Kilda East. I found Nerada very friendly and approachable at the open inspections for the property. As the time for the auction drew nearer, she was happy to go out of her way to answer additional queries or arrange for extra inspections. On auction day, Nerada was calm and friendly and clearly worked hard to get a result that both the purchaser (me) and the vendor would be happy with. From the date of auction to settlement, Nerada again was happy to arrange for times to inspect and measure the property in anticipation of settlement. She went out of her way numerous times during the process to ensure that the sale/purchase process was smooth and enjoyable.
