Communication was never a problem. Nick would answer his phone no matter what time we called. His knowledge of market is extremely good in the local real estate environment. He was professional at all times. Extremely courteous and just a nice person. Even though we would have liked a higher price, we fully understand that he worked extremely hard to sell our house under difficult circumstances.
