Great negotiator and personal support

My husband and I had the pleasure of engaging Alex to sell our Ferny Grove property. We chose him because my parents had recently used him to sell their property at Ferny Hills and were both really happy with the outcome. Most real estate agents have good market knowledge of the area, but what stood out for me with Alex was his support to us (given we had moved out of the Brisbane area) and his strong negotiation skills to seal the deal. Alex always made himself available 24/7 and was prepared to do what ever he could to support us in getting the house ready for sale; whether it was advice with our renovations, checking the property for tidy-up following some summer storms or helping keep me calm through the whole process. He regularly kept us in the loop as to what was going on and did everything he could to help connect our property with the right buyer. Being a bit 'house proud and very emotionally attached to the house' we just didn't want best price, but a particular type of buyer (which he sought out). Alex also used some really good (and clever) negotiation skills to help us secure the sale at the price we needed. My husband and I are both really grateful for the tireless hours he put into marketing the property, following up on potential buyers and negotiating a price we were happy with.
