Personal and easy to deal with

Paul was excellent to deal with throughout the process. He communicated effectively and in a timely manner, and even though I was not present for the settlement day he was comfortable working with my family to make it happen. I also love his attitude throughout the process which makes it seem like I can really trust his advice and knowledge. Thank you for all your help, I hope you keep this attitude going forever because your humour combined with your extensive knowledge is a great way to be!
