Purchasing a property through LJ Hooker Real Estate

It was a great experience for me to purchase a property through LJ Hooker Real Estate. In general, it is not easy to purchase a property, especially for those who are new in Australia and have never dealt with such a business. This business showed me that we should never rely on sweet words, otherwise we will stick in the middle of business which would have a huge financial implication. Initially, we were advised to move into the property that we planned to purchase and can live in the property until our loan is being approved and we have been given at least two months to sort out the loan issues. After we moved, in two days, we were contacted by the same RE agent to cooperate with them as they will bring more buyers to inspect the house as they do not want to give up any good buyers. When we said what would happen to our deal and our offer, which is subject to finance, had already been approved, they said "well we are not very sure if your loan will be approved". We said, if you were not so sure then why did you offer us to move into the house and live there as a tenant until the loan gets approved? So, after a long discussion and by the interference of the landlord, we have been advised that no inspection will happen until our loan is not cleared. Thanks to God, our loan was approved within a week.
