Pure Brilliance

It was my first time as a seller. I met with two real estate agents, one of which was Adam. I didn't feel the need to search any further. On the very first meeting Adam came prepared with: previous comparable sales; comparable properties currently on the market; a comprehensive list of advertising packages and costs and was able to offer me a lower commission rate than I could find elsewhere online. True to his word, the costs incurred were as stated on the first meeting without any hidden fees. The sale was quick and at a price I did not think I could achieve. Most importantly, Adam and Danii work as a team. Thus, I could contact either one of them at anytime whether inside business hours or not. Never did I go more than one hour without receiving a reply.
