Simon was excellent to deal with - he was efficient and fast at communicating, went over and beyond what he needed to do, driving across town multiple times a day to make things happen quickly, was always on call and would respond quickly, would push hard without being annoying - just to keep the ball rolling, was trustworthy, friendly, helpful, and a really nice guy.
